Refund policy

  1. Items purchased from Bann Thann are eligible for return or exchange. To initiate a return, please email us at hello@bannthann.com within 48 hours of receiving the product, including clear pictures of the item
  2. Bann Thann reserves the right to approve or decline any return request. If a product is received in a damaged condition, we reserve the right to approve or decline the refund request based on our assessment.

  3. All items must be in their original condition unworn, unused with the tags and labels attached to the garment and in the same packaging.

  4.  A reverse shipping fee will be applicable for all returns and exchanges depending on your location. You can alternatively choose to self-ship/arrange pickups from.

  5. Items purchased on sale/coupon discount/clearance/pre-applied discounts/bundle discounts are final sale items and cannot be returned. However we will be happy to replace it with a different size if you need a size exchange.

  6. Due to high costs of reverse shipping, re-cleaning and restocking of a product, we only offer store
    credits in case of refunds.

  7. To receive store credit, you must be registered on our website before making a purchase. If you are not registered, we won't be able to process a store credit through our system.

  8. Please note the pickup will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, you will have to send the shipment back to the company address.

 

Store Credits

When you return a product, our refund is given in the form of store credits, which is 100% redeemable against purchases and is valid for one entire year.

When are store credits not applicable?
Under 3 cases:
1. For products purchased on clearance, discounts and markdowns.
2. If the product returned is soiled, damaged or altered.
3. Product is custom-made (Product names/description will always state if a product is custom prepared/made)

When will I get my store credit?
Once the product arrives at our studio, it undergoes a quality check. Once it passes the QC, the store credits will be issued within 24 hours.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Received the wrong order or goods were damaged on arrival

Please email us at hello@bannthann.com within 24 hours of receiving the goods to raise a request against wrong/damaged orders. Please send us:

1. Your order ID
2. A photo of your received product
3. Please state in detail the problem at hand

  • Our teams will proactively arrange a reverse pickup and send out a fresh product.
  • We ship via third party shipping companies like Bluedart, Delhivery, E-Kart etc and are reliant on their systems for execution of any mis handled/wrong/missing orders. These courier companies close their support systems after 24 hours of delivery. So we request you to please reach out to
    us within 24 hours of delivery, as our team will be helpless to raise a concern post the timeline of 24 hours.
  • Please note that the items should be unwon, unwashed with all tags attached and in the same condition, in which it was delivered to be eligible for a return against damaged/wrong goods.

 

Exchange Policy

As a company policy, we do not provide refunds in cash on any product sold. Once our pieces are sold, they can be exchanged for a replacement or store credits, provided the terms and conditions outlined below are met.

If for any reason you are unsure of the size or if there is an issue with your purchase, and you would like to exchange the item, please write to us at hello@bannthann.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

A member of our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days and guide you through the process of returning and exchanging the item. They may request further information or photographs to assess your return request. Please assist them with the necessary details.

 

Exchange DISCLAIMER:

  • If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged a second time.
  • Not all products are eligible for exchange. All made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. To maintain fairness to our manufacturing process and keep our prices fair, many items are "Final Sale." Please ensure you understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing.
  • Items purchased on sale/coupon discount/clearance/pre-applied discounts/bundle discounts are final sale items and cannot be returned. However we will be happy to replace it with a different size if you need a size exchange.
  • For international exchanges, different rules apply. For all international exchanges, the cost of shipping and customs clearance for you to send back your order and the cost to receive your exchange order will have to be borne by you. If there is a damaged product, we will cover the shipping costs only once we have confirmed such a situation via email.

 

Colour Accuracy Disclaimer:

Some of our garments that are handcrafted will result in variations in color, design, and slight irregularities. These unique characteristics are inherent to handcrafted products, making each item truly one-of-a-kind. While we strive for accuracy in our representations, the color of the final garment may differ slightly from the images shown. We appreciate your understanding of these artisanal nuances.
