- We manufacture our products in small batches. Due to the high costs associated with reverse shipping, re-cleaning, and restocking, Bann Thann only offers store credits in the case of refunds.
- Please note that we reserve the right to cancel or modify orders due to inventory availability, product discontinuation and unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
- Bann Thann reserves the right to approve or decline any return request. If a product is received in a damaged condition, we reserve the right to approve or decline the refund request based on our assessment.
- Items purchased on sale, with coupon discounts, during clearance, or with pre-applied discounts/bundle discounts are final sale items and cannot be returned. However, we are happy to offer a size exchange if needed.
- If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different product, you may return the purchased product for store credits and use these credits to make a new purchase.
- To be eligible for store credits, it is mandatory to register on our website. Without your
account, our system cannot initiate a store credit. - Refunds are issued as store credits, which are 100% redeemable against future purchases and are valid for one year from the date of issue.
- We encourage you to review all product descriptions, specifications, and our shipping and returns/exchange policies carefully before making a purchase.
