Shipping policy
Shipping policy:
- We ship anywhere across india and internationally. All orders are dispatched from Pune, India.
- The order is shipped in 7-10 working days. For some pin codes, it might take longer. In Case of delay, please write to us at hello@bannthann.com.
- Saturdays, sundays, and public holidays are non-business days for customer
Assistance. - Once an order has been shipped from our studio, we are not liable for any delays or Damages that may occur during transit. We strive to provide accurate shipping estimates And ensure secure packaging, but we cannot control unforeseen circumstances that may impact delivery.
- Our orders are shipped using Shiprocket partners such as blue dart, delhivery, ekart, And india speed post, depending on the connectivity of pin codes. You will receive a Tracking id via email and sms from our delivery partners.
- Made-To-Order or Customized items: these will be commissioned upon order Placement and the timeline will be discussed accordingly with the customer.

Standard International Shipping: 10-21 business days (2 to 3 weeks)
Express International Shipping: 5-10 business days (1 to 2 weeks)

The shipping fee would be applicable depending on the weight of the package and the location where it is shipped. A tentative shipping fee of INR 3,000 is applicable on all International orders.

We use reputed international shipping carriers such as Fedex and DHL.
- The delivery time for different products may vary based on the processes involved, and A rough estimate for the dispatch of such products can be found on the product page at the time of purchasing.
Delayed Delivery:
- Once the package is shipped from our studio, we depend on our courier partners for Delivery. Any delays due to courier network issues are beyond our control. We will raise A ticket to expedite resolution but are not responsible for delays caused by the courier partner.

Wrong address or contact input:
- Requests to change or modify an address or number will only be accepted before an Order has been shipped.
- Changes to an address or contact for packages already dispatched are not possible.
- We are not responsible for delivering an order if an incorrect or incomplete address or Contact number is provided. If a package is returned to us due to this reason, an additional charge of ₹200 will be applicable for re-dispatching the order to the correct Address/phone number. RTO and shipping charges are fully borne by the customer. No Discounts or fee waivers will be entertained. The order will not be re-dispatched until the fee is fully paid, which may delay delivery.
Missing packages & false delivery disputes:
- If your order is lost in transit or marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please Email us within 48 hours of the package being marked as delivered. We will raise a Delivery dispute with our logistics partner. Contact us on Whatsapp at +91 7709311087 With the subject line "Delivery issue” and also email us at hello@bannthann.com.
- Requests for delivery disputes received after 48 hours will not be accepted as per our Logistics partner’s terms and conditions. We will issue a ticket with the shipping partner
- To get proof of delivery and further investigate. We are fully dependent on the conclusion Received by the shipping partner and will keep you informed. We will do our best to find a Resolution but are not responsible monetarily for lost or stolen packages. No Replacements or refunds will be issued in case of denied disputes.
Cancellation:
- Orders once placed cannot be canceled.
- Custom-made/commissioned items cannot be returned or canceled.
